What payment method can I use?
We provide the following payment methods:
- iDeal
- Credit Card (American Express, Visa, Maestro & Mastercard)
- PayPal
- Bancontact / Mister Cash
- Klarna
- Sofort
How does a refund work?
Your refund depends on the payment method you have chosen when placing your order.
You will receive the refund on the same bank account as the bank account you paid your order with. The amount will be refunded to your account within three to five working days.
If you paid with AfterPay or Klarna you will receive an invoice within 24 hours after you received a confirmation from us. Have you already paid your invoice? In that case, you will receive a refund within 5 working days on your bank account on behalf of AfterPay or Klarna.
