How do I track my order?

After each order you will receive a track and trace to track your order.

After signing receipt, the responsibility of the goods passes to the buyer. The person who signs for the package confirms that the goods have arrived in good order and is therefore responsible for the package.

What are the costs for returns?

The shipping costs for your returns are for your own account.
Return costs vary by country.
Check with your local post office what the standard shipping rates are.

How do I return my order?

It might happen that your order is not as you had expected it to be. In that case, follow the steps below:

Step 1) Register your return via our contact form or shoot a message to [email protected]

Step 2) Check whether your return meets our conditions for return:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You need to send the item back within 14 days after the invoice date.

Step 3) Add our packing slip into the box and make sure that the items and packing slip are properly packed. We cannot process your return without a delivery note.

Your will receive a return adress through e-mail.

Step 4) Go to your local post office and drop off your package.
Keep the shipping receipt until your return has been processed and refunded. Without a proof of shipping with track & trace, we can unfortunately not investigate your return if it is lost for any reason and we cannot settle your return.
